We went over to Lake Mills, Wisconsin, last weekend with most of our Eau Claire roomies and friends. Liz's grandmother has a beautiful home on Lake Mills. Addie was able to come along on the girls weekend. What a trooper. Only a few cries on both car trips (5 hours there and 5 hours back). Thank you Liz. We had gorgeous weather, and everyone had a fabulous weekend.

On Friday morning, Addie and I went for a walk around Lake Calhoun with Liz and Jessica Melker, and one of her triplets (Hayden). Jess was in town for the weekend visiting friends. It was great to catch up.

Happy Canada Day

Stef arrived into Summerland on July 1st, Canada Day. We were able to spend the evening having dinner with the Borchert's and then visit with Roger and Karen when they arrived from Vancouver.

Addie's visit to Summerland - Part 1

Bad hair day! Even after I took out her bow, the wild mane couldn't be tamed. Only when we hopped in the pool, did it straighten out again!

Stefan, Addie asked us to post some pics to our blog for you to look at tomorrow. We both miss you tons and can't wait for you to come for a visit. Addie is having a BLAST visiting her Nana, Papa, Auntie Sarah, Auntie Carley and all her friends here in Summerland. We miss everyone back home. Love you all! :)

Hi Uncle Mark!

Addie's message to Uncle Marky

Addie misses her Uncle Marky who is in Australia with YWAM. She wanted to show off her new retro baby sunglasses. She's not a huge fan of them, but tolerates them on for a few minutes.

Addie also misses her daddy. We are up in Summerland, B.C. right now visiting Stef's family (Nana and Papa) for 3 weeks. Stefan comes in one week to hang out with his family and girls. We love you Stefan and miss you tons. :)
